After the announcement of her pending divorce from her third husband, one Twitter rant from her first husband and support of that rant by her second husband, Halle Berry still put on her best face and attended an event in L.A. Tuesday.
Yahoo Celebrity noted that the actress walked the red carpet for the event Spectre: The Black Women of Bond Tribute at the California African American Museum. Berry played Jinx Johnson in the 2002 Bond flick titled, Die Another Day, with Pierce Brosnan.
The 49-year-old donned a light blue halter dress and black strappy heels. She accessorized the look with a black armband.
Berry showed up for the affair one week after announcing her divorce from actor Olivier Martinez and just one day after her first husband, former baseball star David Justice, called her out on Twitter.
In a series of Tweets, Justice claimed that at first the love in her life is her “night and shining armour” but once the relationship ends they “become the worst guys in history.” He also publicly warned Martinez that “her and her hollywood team” will try and destroy his reputation in the near future.
As if the tweets from husband No. 1 weren’t bad enough husband No. 2, singer Eric Benet, chimed in to what Justice had put on social media by saying, “My man at @23davidjustice is tweeting some truth dis' mornin’!”
Justice later deleted his tweets and said he was thankful that Berry squashed the rumors that he had hit her during their marriage in the 90s.
