Roseanne star and co-host of The Talk Sara Gilbert has given birth to a baby boy with her wife, Linda Perry.
People reported Gilbert gave birth on Saturday and the ladies of The Talk announced the news on Monday during the show. The baby’s name is Rhodes Emilio Gilbert Perry. He is the first child for Gilbert and Perry together and Gilbert has two children, Sawyer and Levi, from a past relationship.
On the show, Julie Chen said that “both mother and child are doing well.”
Gilbert revealed the news of her pregnancy during an episode when the ladies were supposed to face their feels and Gilbert’s was going to be to have her lie down over a bed of nails while someone broke a cinder block over her stomach.
Sharon Osbourne revealed a photo of the brand new bundle and even cradled it as if she were holding him. In addition, Chen also tweeted her congratulations to the new parents.

Gilbert’s co-hosts have been ecstatic over her pregnancy and even threw her a baby shower on the show. New mom Linda Perry also expressed her thanks to her fans on Twitter.
